RETURNS AND REFUNDS

(THESE CONDITIONS APPLY TO ONLINE/WEBSITE PURCHASES ONLY and NOT FOR IN-STORE PURCHASES)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund or exchange. Items returned must be in resalable condition and should not have been worn outside.

*We do accept returns on unwanted items. As long as the item is unworn and it falls within 30 days. We do charge a £15 restocking fee.

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

Please do not return any goods before receiving our return instructions. Our contact email is [email protected]. All associated costs in returning goods which are not faulty are for the buyer's account. This includes any tax, duty and clearance charges which may be levied when returns are made from outside of the European Union.

If you are returning goods for any reason other than that they are faulty or incorrect, we would recommend that you use a tracked or recorded delivery service and retain your receipt for future reference. If you are returning incorrect or faulty goods, we will endeavour to replace them or give you a full refund, including the cost of sending them back, provided this has been done on the basis of our instructions, following your contacting Customer Services. In such circumstances we will not meet the cost of couriers for goods returned from outside the UK unless we have first agreed to do so.
