Shipping policy
Most of the goods we sell are heavy and bulky and this necessarily impacts on delivery times, particularly overseas. We aim to send all orders out within 7 - 10 working days, but the majority go out within 2 - 3 working days.
Customers in the UK
We normally use a tracked courier service provided by DPD Local. They provide a next day delivery service, except weekends, once orders leave us. We do, however, ask customers to allow up to ten working days from placing an order before lodging an enquiry about non receipt of goods. For Northern Ireland and The Highlands and Islands, we use Royal Mail. A courier service can be provided at extra cost on request. Customers in the European Union
For all countries which are members of the European Union, we use a courier service provided by OCS WORLDWIDE, who offer our customers an express tracked delivery service. A delivery time of three to seven working days is to be expected once orders leave us. Problems or enquiries should be addressed to Stuart atÌý[email protected].

BREXIT, as result of Brexit all goods entering the European Union with a value over €35 are subject to local VAT. This also applies to shipping costs. In order to ensure smooth transit to your delivery address, on checkout the amount of VAT applicable will be added to your order and will be paid on your behalf by our courier company on crossing the border into the European Union. If goods are returned, we will have no means of claiming repayment of the VAT element and that amount will be deducted from any refund.

Customers in the USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway and Switzerland

Goods will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For, which is a tracked service. Tracking information can be provided on request or if PayPal has been used, we will post tracking information on their system. For most parts of the world, delivery should be made within 7 to 10 days from dispatch. Where boots, in particular, weigh more than 2 kilos or are too big for the service, it is not possible to send them economically and, in such circumstances,Ìýwe may request an extra payment, or ship the boots inÌý*separate parcels. Problems or enquiries should be referred to Stuart atÌý[email protected].

WHAT SHOULD I DO IN THE EVENT OF NON RECEIPT OF GOODS?
It is very unusual for goods not to reach their destination. However, in the unlikely event of non receipt or general enquiries concerning delivery issues, customers should contact Customer Services atÌý[email protected].
As far as we can we will replace any goods lost in transit, subject to our being able to submit a claim to the carrier.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the shipped date to return your order to us for a refund or exchange. Items returned must be in resalable condition and should not have been worn outside.
*We do accept returns on unwanted items. As long as the item is unworn and it falls within 30 days. We do charge a £15 restocking fee.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Please do not return any goods before receiving our return instructions. Our contact email isÌý[email protected]. All associated costs in returning goods which are not faulty are for the buyer's account. This includes any tax, duty and clearance charges which may be levied when returns are made from outside of the European Union.
If you are returning goods for any reason other than that they are faulty or incorrect, we would recommend that you use a tracked or recorded delivery service and retain your receipt for future reference. If you are returning incorrect or faulty goods, we will endeavour to replace them or give you a full refund, including the cost of sending them back, provided this has been done on the basis of our instructions, following your contacting Customer Services. In such circumstances we will not meet the cost of couriers for goods returned from outside the UK unless we have first agreed to do so.
